The M893 series module is a 13.56MHz Mifare card reader/writer module compliant with ISO/IEC 14443-A, ISO/IEC 14443-B, and ISO/IEC 15693 standards. It supports Mifare One S50, Mifare One Ultralight, Mifare One S70, Mifare Pro, AT88RF020, 66CL160S, SR176, SRIX4K, I-code2, TI RFID Tag-it HF-I, EM4135, and EM4034 cards, and can also read the UID of all cards.
The M893 can be configured as an automatic card discovery module. After power-up, no commands are required; the module automatically transmits the card number via the UART as soon as a card approaches.
The M893 series RFID reader/writer modules offer ease of use, high reliability, multiple interfaces, and a compact size, allowing users to quickly and easily integrate the most popular contactless IC card technology into their systems.
